1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and okybet ("okybet", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the okybet website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the okybet platform, placing bets, or using any okybet services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules and regulations set forth by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using okybet's services and refrain from creating an account.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

okybet's services are strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of account registration. okybet operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations, which prohibit persons under the age of 21 from participating in online gambling activities in the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who are legally incapacitated or otherwise prohibited from entering contracts are not eligible to use okybet.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing okybet's services. okybet is licensed to operate exclusively within Philippine jurisdiction and does not accept players from restricted jurisdictions.

okybet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age, identity, and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use okybet's services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and other information as requested during the registration process.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) okybet account. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different personal information, mobile numbers, or any other means, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify okybet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out from your account when accessing okybet from shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available to enhance account security.

You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your account, including all bets placed and transactions made, whether authorized by you or not. okybet is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration and account maintenance must be accurate, truthful, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

okybet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your okybet account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. In rare cases involving payment provider delays, credits may take up to 24 hours.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your okybet account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. okybet reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits and to request source of funds documentation at its discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested via the same payment methods used for deposits, subject to successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. okybet requires identity verification before processing the first withdrawal from any account.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• GCash and Maya: Typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes after approval;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank): Typically processed within 2 to 4 hours during banking hours, up to 24 hours outside banking hours;
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20): Typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours after approval.

okybet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual withdrawal patterns. Such checks may extend processing times up to 72 hours. You will be notified if your withdrawal is selected for additional review.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests that would reduce your account balance below any active bonus wagering requirements will be denied until wagering requirements are satisfied.

4.3 Fees and Charges

okybet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency network) may impose transaction fees which are beyond okybet's control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

4.4 Wagering Requirements for Withdrawal

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at odds of 1.50 or greater (for sports betting) or played through at least once (for casino games) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and abuse of okybet's payment processing services.

5. Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

5.1 General Gameplay Rules

All bets placed on okybet are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each game type, which are accessible from the game interfaces and help sections. In the event of conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game type.

Once a bet is confirmed by the okybet system, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious error as determined by okybet management in its sole discretion.

5.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official results announced by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, FIFA). If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, settlement rules specific to that sport and bet type will apply as outlined in okybet's sports betting rules.

okybet reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or circumstances where the integrity of the betting event is compromised (e.g., match-fixing allegations confirmed by authorities).

5.3 Casino Game Results

Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, etc.) are conducted by professional dealers in real-time and streamed from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical actions (card dealing, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) that are visible via live stream. All live casino games are independently monitored for fairness.

Slot games and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been tested and approved by independent gaming laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed in each game's information section.

5.4 Disconnections and Malfunctions

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, okybet will attempt to restore your session. For live casino games, the game round will continue and be settled according to its outcome. You may view the result in your game history after reconnecting. For slot games, any unfinished game rounds will be completed automatically by the server and results will be visible in your transaction history.

In the rare event of a software malfunction that affects game outcomes, okybet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All payouts and game plays are void in the event of malfunction.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

6.1 Bonus Terms

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiration periods are specified in each bonus's terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

okybet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a player is abusing or attempting to abuse bonuses. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Engaging in betting patterns designed solely to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash without genuine gameplay risk;
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially;
• Using any technical exploits or system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage from bonuses.

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts terminated and all balances forfeited.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player

Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined. okybet reserves the right to limit or exclude players from participating in bonuses at its discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be reversed before their scheduled end date. Requests to lift a self-exclusion early will not be honored.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okybet and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or manipulate betting markets;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with okybet's platform in an unauthorized manner;

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity using okybet's services;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment credentials to fund your account;

• Reselling, transferring, or commercializing okybet account balances, bonuses, or winnings to third parties;
• Accessing okybet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

okybet cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR in investigating suspected illegal activities conducted through our platform. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the user concerned.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by okybet

okybet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass identity verification or KYC checks;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as described in Section 8;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Direction from PAGCOR or other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, okybet may, at its discretion, withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where illegal activity is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

9.2 Termination by Player

You may close your okybet account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method provided that all KYC requirements are satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements remain on bonus funds.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have had no login or financial activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. okybet may charge an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month after the inactivity period begins. You will be notified by email or SMS before any inactivity fees are applied. To reactivate your account, simply log in at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okybet's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of okybet's services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your okybet account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

okybet shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security;
• Service interruptions resulting from maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on okybet's platform for decision-making outside of gaming.

okybet's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or sports data.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding okybet's services, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat, Messenger, or email at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavor to resolve your complaint within 48 hours of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the customer support level, you may escalate it to our management team by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." 11.2 PAGCOR Regulatory Complaints

If your complaint remains unresolved after exhausting okybet's internal complaint procedures, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulating authority overseeing okybet's operations. PAGCOR's complaint process and contact information are available on their official website.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of okybet shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or okybet's services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

okybet reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via SMS, email, or a prominent notice on the okybet platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of okybet's services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using okybet's services and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with okybet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and okybet with respect to your use of okybet's services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
